|If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you a full credit, or equal exchange assuming the products purchased have not been used, damaged or worn. All requests will be processed within a week of receipt of your package. You can ship it back using any carrier you'd like (FedEx, UPS or USPS), but you are responsible for all ship-back costs.

- Write your name, address and phone number and the reason for the return on the packing slip that came with the item.
- Make sure you package the item(s) carefully especially so that you do not wrinkle the neckties.
- All neckties must be shipped back in their Josh Bach gift tube.
