Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you a full credit, or equal exchange assuming the products purchased have not been used, damaged or worn. All requests will be processed within a week of receipt of your package. You can ship it back using any carrier you'd like (FedEx, UPS or USPS), but you are responsible for all ship-back costs.

Carefully wrap items (neckties and bow ties ship back in JB gift box) and ship to:

IF YOU HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP
  • Write your name, address and phone number and the reason for the return on the packing slip that came with the item.
  • Make sure you package the item(s) carefully especially so that you do not wrinkle the neckties.
  • All neckties must be shipped back in their Josh Bach gift tube.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP

Please provide :
  • Your order number (if you have it)
  • Your customer number (if you have it)
  • Your name and address (required)

  • Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional items please enclose check or credit card information).
