Neckwear is shipped in trademark tins, ready to gift and are shipped by Josh Bach
Orders received by 1:00pm (ET) weekdays usually ship next business day.
At holiday, orders can take 1-2 more business days to process.
Orders placed on Fri-Sun, and on holidays ship next business day.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping time on International orders will vary, usually not more than 10 business days.

There is no overnight or express delivery on these items

2nd Day Air Delivery (Mon-Fri) $29.00
Overnight Delivery (Mon-Fri) $46.00
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (Mon-Fri) via USPS $16.95
Canada via USPS - allow 10 business days $17.95
International Orders outside of Canada via USPS $26.95
Australia via USPS $70.00

Returns

Dog Bandanas, Baseball Caps,Laptop Sleeves, Coffee Mugs are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or refunded.
Everything else can be returned for a full credit, or equal exchange assuming the purchases have not been used, damaged or worn.
All request will be processed within a week of receipt of items. If item was a gift and you/we have no record of purchase, only exchanges will be honored.
Credit will be issued to the original buyer and credit will be applied to the original method of payment only.
All other return scenarios will be issued a store credit.

Prepping a Return

Ship it back using any carrier you'd like (FedEx, UPS or USPS). You are responsible for all ship-back costs and an additional $5.95 ship-out fee if exchanging. Neckties/Bow Ties MUST ship back in gift tin. No exceptions. Carefully wrap all items

Provide:
- Name, Address & Phone number
- Reason for the return
- Your order number (if you have it)
- Your customer number (if you have it)
- Your Packing slip (if you have it)
