Dog Bandanas, Baseball Caps, Laptop Sleeves, and Coffee Mugs are FINAL SALE.
Return/refund window on all else is 30 days from purchase date (not from receipt of purchase).
Items that are used, damaged, worn, or wrinkled will not be issued a refund.
You are responsible for all ship-back costs. An additional $6.95 shipping fee will be applied if exchanging.
Returns are processed within a week of receipt and credit is issued to the original method of payment.
If this is a gift, we will gladly exchange or issue an online credit.
Prepping your return
Please ship back Neckties/Bow Ties in gift box. If you ship them in a flat envelope, balled-up or wrinkled, you will NOT receive a refund. These are delicate silk items and will need to be cleaned and re-pressed.
